The talks will focus on how to implement the ‘grain deal’, which was agreed in 2022 in the Black Sea to provide a safe corridor for Ukraine to export food products.

Russia previously pulled out of the deal as they alleged Ukraine was transporting weapons into Odessa using commercial ships and have since sporadically attacked ships going to Odessa.
