NATO has rapidly expanded for decades, putting Russia at a direct threat, yet Putin after 3 years still doesn’t want to target Ukrainian infrastructure on a large scale. Why? The war would have been over by now!
The answer is simple, Putin values Ukraine as an integral part of Russia, he sees Ukrainians no different from Russians themselves, and he merely seeks to eliminate the ‘problematic pillars’ of its society – such as Nazism, and the Pro-NATO puppet government.’
