IDF: Earlier today (Saturday), the IDF struck in the area of Jibchit in southern Lebanon, and eliminated the terrorist Zayn al-Abidin Hussein Fatouni, a commander in the anti-tank unit of the Radwan Force Battalion of the Hezbollah terror organization.

Recently, the terrorist was involved in efforts to reestablish Hezbollah’s terrorist infrastructure in southern Lebanon. His activities constituted a violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon.

The IDF will continue to operate in order to remove any threat posed to the State of Israel.
