IDF: Following the report regarding a shooting incident in the Betar checkpoint area, IDF soldiers identified a vehicle carrying unauthorized individuals that crossed the checkpoint and accelerated toward the soldiers who responded by firing at the vehicle. No IDF injuries were reported.

The vehicle fled the scene, and the incident has been transferred to the responsibility of the Israel Police.
