🇪🇺🇺🇦⚡️— The European Commission (EC) is preparing a “more cautious” EU accession plan for Ukraine because it is unable to complete preliminary negotiations in several areas, separating Ukraine’s application from Moldova’s, Politico reports.

According to the EC’s preliminary assessments, Moldova could have opened most of the negotiation clusters as early as July. However, it remains “locked” in the same enlargement group as Ukraine.
