Details: At 00:03, the Air Force reported a threat of Russian ballistic missiles from the east.
Update: At 00:27, Suspilne Kharkiv reported another explosion in the city.
At 00:41, Ihor Terekhov, the mayor of Kharkiv, reported that two explosions had occurred in the Osnovianskyi district.
“Information about casualties and damage is being clarified,” the mayor added.
Terekhov later reported a third explosion in the city “after a Shahed strike”.
