As part of a new conscription campaign in temporarily occupied Crimea, Russian authorities plan to conscript up to 15 thousand Crimeans into the ranks of the Russian armed forces.
According to unconfirmed reports occupiers are also being brought to Crimea.
Does Russia have a new strategy, using the planned railway line from Rostov to Crimea to start a new direction of attack ?
