The Ministry of Finance will launch next Sunday a notice of call for applications for the recruitment of independent directors at the level of the boards of directors of the six public banks, the ministry said in a press release on Thursday.
“The Ministry of Finance intends to recruit independent directors at the level of the Boards of Directors of six public banks (BNA, BEA, BADR, BDL, CPA, CNEP-Banque) through the launch, on its website, of a notice of call for applications accompanied by terms of reference, from May 12, 2024,” announces the same source.
