Turkey and Azerbaijan insist on changing not only Armenia’s constitution but also Syria’s. The Turkish Defense Minister Güler stated: “Turkey expects Syria to adopt a new constitution and hold free elections, the results of which will be recognized by Turkey.”

Güler assured that Turkey allegedly respects the territorial integrity of its neighbors and does not claim others’ lands or resources.
