This is a new political initiative from the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, which has just been announced. Next Tuesday, the head of state will hold a meeting extended to the heads of political parties and members of Larbaoui’s government.

This unprecedented meeting is of great importance in the eyes of observers since it comes a few weeks before the announcement of the convocation of the electoral body, scheduled for June 8, and the start of the pre-campaign for the anticipated presidential election on September 7.
Although we do not know in detail the agenda of this meeting, certain sources invited or involved in this hearing suggest that an important point will be debated: it is the creation of a united, united domestic front. and strong to face the numerous geopolitical, economic and security threats facing the nation.

According to the revelations of Abdelkader Bengrina, president of the El-Bina Movement, this meeting will be open to all parties represented in the elected National Assemblies (APN, APC and APW).
In his speech given the day before yesterday, Mr. Bengrina indicated that “all national parties are invited by the President of the Republic, next Tuesday, to an exceptional political meeting of dialogue and consultation on the issues of the nation and the strengthening of the home front in the face of threats.
This meeting is part of the “renewed consecration of the approach based on dialogue and consultation”, underlined Mr. Bengrina, adding that “it will be an opportunity to review the various concerns and suggestions that the political class would like to express.”
In this regard, he insisted on the imperative of “strengthening national cohesion and defending the institutions of the Republic, as well as reinforcing national stability and contributing to the realization of all national projects”, before putting in place guards against “the agenda of Algeria’s enemies, who want to divert public opinion with misleading rumors aimed at undermining the security and stability of the country.”
It is a question, through this enlarged meeting, of associating political groups, with its thousands of local elected officials and hundreds of deputies and senators, to build and strengthen the internal front in a situation characterized by strong tensions and conflicts. external perils.
According to observers, Algeria is targeted by attacks and plots because of its political line in favor of just causes, notably the Palestinian and Sahrawi peoples, and its economic ambitions, as well as the great progress made in development. of the country in several sectors.
