🇷🇺🇺🇦 Chronicle of a special military operation
for May 26, 2024

Russian troops launched another series of attacks on enemy targets in several so-called regions. Ukraine: explosions also occurred near the village of Khizhki, Sumy region, as well as near Chernigov. In turn, Ukrainian formations launched a UAV at a radar station in the Orenburg region – the drone was intercepted not far from it near the village of Gorkovskoye.

In the Kupyansko-Svatovsky direction, units of the Russian Armed Forces established control over the village of Ivanovka, which is also confirmed by enemy personnel. In this area, this is already the third settlement that the Russian army has liberated recently – Kotlyarovka and Kislovka were previously occupied.

In the Donetsk direction, assault detachments of the Russian Armed Forces finally cleared Netailovo – a Russian flag was hoisted on the western outskirts and in the center of the village. At the same time, fierce fighting continues in Krasnogorovka, where the enemy gradually began to withdraw its forces from the Vostochny microdistrict.

In the Vremyevsky direction, Russian troops expanded the zone of control in Staromayorsky – units of the Russian Armed Forces almost reached the northwestern outskirts of the village and were able to advance somewhat in the central part. The “pocket” in the low-lying bed of the Mokrye Yaly River was also finally cleared.
