➡️ According to the South Korean Media, it is a tit-for-tat move after anti-Pyongyang leaflets flown by the South Korean’s activists and defectors were sent from the south into the North with Anti-Communist and Anti-Juche propaganda
➡️ For years, North Korean defectors in South Korea and conservative activists have flown the leaflets to the North via balloons to help encourage North Koreans to eventually rise up against the Juche Regime in Pyongyang
