BREAKING – President Biden has reported that Israel has proposed a ceasefire plan to Hamas, structured in three phases:
1. *First Phase*: A six-week ceasefire involving the withdrawal of Israeli forces from population centers and the Netzer corridor. Gazans would return to the northern part of the Strip. This phase includes the release of female, child, elderly, and injured hostages in exchange for hundreds of Palestinian prisoners. Additionally, humanitarian aid would increase to 800 trucks per day.
2. *Second Phase*: The release of all remaining hostages, including male soldiers, along with a declaration of a permanent end to hostilities.
3. *Third Phase*: Reparations for the Gaza Strip and the return of all remains of deceased hostages.
