The Minister of Vocational Training and Education, Dr. Yacine Merabi, kicked off the wilaya fair of innovation and invention this Saturday in Béjaïa organized at the Chef’s Lakhel Younès training center -place.
A show which saw the participation of many young project leaders, apprentices and graduates from professional training establishments in the wilaya. They presented a good number of professional projects in various fields.
The minister indicated during his speech that this fair which is organized in the 58 wilayas of the country “is an ideal opportunity to highlight the efforts made by professional training and education establishments which build skills in phase with technical and technological development.
He then noted the “importance of promoting the quality of training and instilling individual initiative in young people trained with a view to creating projects that should contribute to the socio-economic development of the country”.
Dr. Yacine Merabi affirmed on the occasion that “the strategy adopted by his sector is based on the principle of partnership with the socio-economic environment and response to the needs of businesses for qualified labor.”
He considered that “this exhibition is an unexpected forum able to facilitate the integration of graduates from the sector into the economic environment and access to the world of entrepreneurship through the different stages of micro-enterprise creation”.
Merabi also indicated that this meeting is intended to be a space offered to young people to highlight “their capacities to innovate in order to support the development efforts that our country is experiencing and therefore, achieve socio-economic prosperity”.
He then said: “this event should allow project leaders among graduates in the sector to look for how to make them a reality, develop them and present their inventions to economic companies.” Dr Yacine Merabi, also highlighted the efforts made for the digitization of the sector making it possible to renovate management techniques and modernize educational monitoring in application of one of the commitments of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
In this regard, he noted the numerous specialized digital platforms, dedicated to several niches and implementations including the “Tassyir” digital platform specializing in the administrative, financial and educational management of professional training establishments aimed at ensuring flexibility and transparency to services in the sector”.
Digitization of internal services and services intended for training seekers and partners in the sector. This, not without also noting the agreements signed, including that relating to training in network security signed with national security and which should soon be implemented.
