Army General Saïd Chanegriha, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army (ANP), insisted, yesterday Monday in Algiers, on the importance of increasing the efforts of nationalist actors to confront plots and maneuvers that are being planned against Algeria and the development challenges of our country. It was at the opening of the work of the national meeting entitled: ”National defense in the face of the war of minds”, organized at the national circle of the Army in Beni Messous (Algiers). Underlining, in passing, the importance of this meeting, particularly in the wake of geostrategic changes and crises which constitute real threats.

During his working visit to the 2nd Military Region in Oran at the end of May, Army General Saïd Chanegriha indicated that within the ANP, we are working, under the leadership of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, Supreme Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defense, to confer on Algeria the power capable of preserving the right of its people to live with dignity, in independence and sovereignty. “The ANP ensures the implementation of a global approach, which aims to continuously increase the combat capabilities of the Battle Corps and the strengthening of the defense apparatus of our country, through the provision of all the necessary human and material potential,” he continued.
