Three years in prison for a young girl for “leaking subjects and answers to BEM tests”

The court of Dréan (El Tarf) sentenced, Wednesday, under the immediate appearance procedure, a young adult girl to three years in prison and a fine of 300,000 DA for the offense of “leaking subjects and answers to tests of the BEM for the 2024 session,” we indicated in a press release from the public prosecutor at the same court. The press release indicated that “by virtue of the provisions of article 11 of the code of criminal procedures, the public prosecutor at the Dréan court informs public opinion that as part of the fight against crimes of violation to the integrity of the exams, a BEM candidate was caught on June 4, 2024 in a state of fraud through use of the mobile phone and her communication with her adult sister who dictated her answers.
And to add “on June 5, 2024, the major suspect was presented before the public prosecutor’s office and prosecuted under the immediate appearance procedure for the flight of subjects and answers to the BEM tests” and at the end of the trial, the court sentenced her to 3 years in prison and a fine of 300,000 DA.n
