According to Amar Bendjama, the text guarantees in particular the return of the inhabitants of the Gaza Strip to their homes, including in the North, within six weeks, “which goes against the attempt of the occupier to empty the North of the enclave of its inhabitants.
It rejects any change to the demography and territory of Ghaza, just as no buffer zone will be tolerated in the enclave from which the occupying forces must withdraw.
