Over the past 18 years, since the end of Lebanon’s Second War, the organization’s planners and strategists have successfully built a comprehensive knowledge base about almost every settlement, whether small or large, and all the territories of the “State of Israel”.
This information is now readily accessible to Hezbollah. The meticulous work of mapping “settlement files” using aerial and satellite imagery (even from public sources like Google Earth) is certainly an impressive achievement.
