Projects in difficulty in Relizane

The operation is part of the strengthening of the industrial sector, so as to ensure that the latter, namely the industrial sector, has more opportunities to realize continuity projects which work to create employment positions for young people, either to work within the framework of these investment projects or to allow them to materialize these investment projects on the ground.
In this regard, the wilaya committee responsible for monitoring investment projects in progress met yesterday, under the chairmanship of the wali, Sami Mdjoubi. The first point discussed was that of the industrial zone of Sidi Khettab attached to the daïra of El Matmar, concerning investors who have not started the realization of their projects. With regard to investments in the tourism sector, projects not started or encountering difficulties were also examined in order to facilitate their realization. The wali gave strict instructions to ensure the recovery of unexploited industrial bases and also asked the members of the committee to support investors to overcome administrative obstacles and carry out their projects, in accordance with the guidelines of the state authority and in the interest of economic operators. This support aims to help them overcome administrative obstacles and move forward with the realization of their projects. It should be noted that in addition to the wali, the secretary general of the wilaya, the directors of the wilaya Office for the Promotion of Investments, State Property, the Cadastre Agency and the land agency, Industry, Equipment and construction, Tourism, and Energy, as well as the director of the Electricity and Gas Company (Sonelgaz). Let us recall in this context that the area industrial activities of Sidi Khettab, is experiencing significant activity through the realization of numerous investment projects. Some have already entered the production phase, particularly in the field of industry (agri-food, textiles, cables) as well as other development projects which are currently being carried out.
