The MSP determined to enter the race with combativeness

The president of the Society for Peace Movement (MSP), Abdelaali Hassani Cherif, affirmed, the day before yesterday Friday from Blida, that his political party was determined to launch into the presidential race with combativeness.
Presiding over the ceremony commemorating the 21st anniversary of the disappearance of the founder of the Society for Peace Movement, Sheikh Mahfoud Nahnah, Mr. Hassani Cherif assured that his political party will participate in the next presidential election “with combativeness” by proposing to the Algerians a project “likely to provide solutions to their problems and make Algeria even more prosperous”. The MSP “advocates peaceful alternation in power, democratic transition, the preservation of freedoms and values and socio-economic reform and rejects practices likely to destabilize the country,” he maintained. And to specify that the methodology and political vision of his training “evolve from one stage to another, according to circumstances, changes and the political situation”. The ceremony, which was an opportunity to remember the qualities of the founders of the MSP, Sheikh Mahfoud Nahnah, saw the presence of leaders and activists of the Movement, as well as the Secretary General of the Ennahda Movement, Mohamed Douibi, who affirmed that the support of his political party for the candidacy of the president of the MSP for the Presidential election on September 7 “stems from a sincere desire and contributes to decision-making independence”. The National Shura Council of the Society Movement for Peace, meeting in extraordinary session on May 24 and 25, 2024, had, it is recalled, proposed the candidacy of the president of the MSP, Abdelaali Hassani Cherif, in the next election presidential.
