Deputy head of Russian diplomacy Andrei Rudenko and acting Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Bagheri Kani confirmed their desire to maintain the partnership in the fields of transport and energy. This was stated by the Russian Foreign Ministry in a statement. “The mutual desire to activate interaction on all priority directions, including the promotion of joint infrastructure projects in the fields of transport and energy, was confirmed,” the department said.
The ministry added that the parties discussed not only the interaction, but also the international situation.
