Registration platform for the “AADL-3” rental-purchase housing program

The launch time for registrations for the rental-purchase housing program “AADL-3”, initially set for 5 p.m., this Friday, July 5, has been changed. This was announced the day before yesterday Saturday by the Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, from the wilaya of Bordj Badji Mokhtar. “The opening time of the registration platform for the rental-purchase housing program “AADL-3″ will take place on July 5 at 9 p.m. instead of 5 p.m.,” he said. Informing that the change of the opening time of the registration platform for this program comes following the request of the sports public, because the previously set time (5 p.m.) coincides with the kick-off of the 2024 Algerian Football Cup final match between Mouloudia Club d’Alger (MCA) and Chabab Riadhi de Belouizdad (CRB), scheduled for this Friday at the July 5 stadium.
Speaking during an inspection visit to the wilaya of Bordj Badji Mokhtar, in the company of the Minister of Public Works and Basic Infrastructure, Lakhdar Rekhroukh, the Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs assured that registrations for the “AADL-3” program on the platform will begin this Friday, July 5 at 9:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m. on July 6 before the platform is closed for technical reasons. Then, he continued, it will be open every day from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in order to allow a greater number of citizens to register.
At the inauguration, in Algiers, on June 19, of the new headquarters of the Algerian Agency for Housing Development (AADL), Mohamed Tarek Belaribi announced that the subscription to the “AADL-3” program and the allocation housing will be exclusively by digital means, through a platform. “The subscriber will only need his identity document and his insurance number,” he said. Noting that this “AADL-3” rental-purchase housing program represents an urban and architectural innovation.
This program, he said, aims to achieve higher levels of urban improvement and humanization of urban centers and cities. “This will come to fruition thanks to the participation of all stakeholders to improve the living environment of citizens,” he continued, recalling that his department attaches paramount importance to improving the living environment of citizens.
Previously, the ministerial delegation began its visit by inspecting the project to modernize road No. 06, towards Reggane, where a detailed presentation was presented on the project to modernize this road which extends over a distance of 650 km, of which 140 km are currently being completed. And followed by detailed explanations on the situation of major road projects, giving a series of strict instructions regarding compliance with the quality of the projects and the set delivery times, in addition to the need to remedy the shortcomings recorded.
Welcoming the efforts made by the local authorities headed by the wali of the wilaya for the support provided to the public works sector and the strict commitment to carrying out major projects at the level of the wilaya, the Minister of Public Works and Basic Infrastructures insisted on the need to take the necessary measures on the ground for the realization of the modernization project of this road and its delivery within the allotted time, while respecting the standards in force for its realization, specifying that this project is the common denominator for the development of the different sectors between the wilaya of Adrar and the border wilaya of Bordj Badji Mokhtar, as well as for their supply and their opening up.
