The long-awaited opening of registrations for the AADL 3 program on Friday evening resulted in a real rush on the dedicated electronic platform.
Faced with the massive influx of subscribers, the website and mobile application were quickly saturated, making access impossible for many Algerians.
Most subscribers face many obstacles in accessing it. They are confronted with error messages, inaccessible pages and endless waiting times.
Following numerous complaints from citizens, the Ministry of Housing explained in a press release that “the AADL 3 program registration platform has experienced slowdowns in access due to the large number of browsers wishing to register.”
The same statement added that “dozens of attempts to hack the site have been successfully dealt with by the competent authorities with the identification of the source, and will be subject to measures in accordance with the law.”
The ministry also said that more than 452,000 registrations were recorded within 24 hours.
However, this large turnout caused significant technical glitches, preventing many citizens from finalizing their registration.
Registrations on the AADL 3 platform will take place every day from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., the ministry added, assuring that “the operation will continue to allow all interested citizens to register for this program.”
“Any person who received the voice message relating to registration for the AADL 3 program, after calling the landline number displayed on the platform, is considered to be registered.” As a reminder, the registration operation for the AADL 3 program was launched, as planned, on Friday evening at 9 p.m. via the site dedicated to the operation.
