Les souscriptions pour le programme AADL 3 clôturées jeudi – Le Jeune Indépendant

Subscriptions on the digital platform to the AADL 3 program were closed this Thursday, July 18 at midnight following the exceptional extension decided by the Ministry of Housing, Urban Planning and the City.

The ministry announced in a press release on Thursday that it had extended the subscription deadline from 6 p.m. to midnight.

Since the opening of subscriptions, a total of 1,401,043 subscribers have registered on the digital platform of the AADL 3 program according to the Ministry of Housing.

Many Algerians were eagerly awaiting this program announced by the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, in October 2023, before revealing last May that the opening of registrations was scheduled for July 5, 2024.

Faced with the massive influx of subscribers, the website and mobile application of the AADL 3 platform were quickly saturated, making access impossible for many Algerians.

Most subscribers faced many obstacles in accessing it. They were confronted with error messages, inaccessible pages and endless waiting times.

In response, the ministry explained in a press release on July 7 that following numerous complaints from citizens, the Ministry of Housing explained in a press release that “the registration platform for the AADL 3 program has experienced slowdowns in its access due to the large number of browsers wishing to install themselves.”

He also added that “dozens of attempts to hack the site have been successfully dealt with by the competent authorities with the identification of the source, and will be subject to measures in accordance with the law.”

According to the ministry, any person who received the voice message relating to registration for the AADL 3 program, after calling the landline number displayed on the platform, is considered registered.
