The President of the Republic congratulates Derrache Chemseddine Abdelali for the gold medal

The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune congratulated, the day before yesterday Saturday, Derrache Chemseddine Abdelali who offered Algeria, for the very first time, a gold medal at the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO), which took place in Great Britain, and for having obtained his baccalaureate, in 2024, with honors “Excellent”.
“Derrache Chemseddine Abdelali… Another bud that has just blossomed on the path of rising Algerian youth… He obtained his baccalaureate with honors of ”Excellent” this year and offered Algeria, for the very first time, a gold medal at the Mathematical Olympiad held in Great Britain,” wrote the President of the Republic on his official account on social networks.
“You are part of the calibre of children that Algeria can be proud of… Thank you to you Chemseddine and to your parents, for this immense and historic honour that you have offered to your homeland,” added the President of the Republic.
