Quand Kiev puise dans le réservoir de DAECH – Le Jeune Indépendant

kyiv, the objective ally of international terrorism? Everything suggests so. Indeed, it is under the dual pressure of the lack of men of combat age and its Western sponsors that the Ukronazi regime has proceeded to recruit the terrorists operating in Syria. It is also a question of taking Moscow from behind in a theatre that Russia has known since September 2015.

The modus operandi is simple. Western special services, the same ones that recruited and fueled terrorism in the Levant, put the Ukrainian services in touch with their local henchmen, the warlords and other self-proclaimed emirs thanks to the dollar and agents of the CIA, MI5 and Mossad. Thus, the multinational of terrorism allows the terrorist hordes to be shifted from the Levantine theater to the cold lands of Ukraine and Eastern Russia.

So there was a leak that kyiv contacted terrorist groups in Idlib in northern Syria with the support of the Pentagon. The Telegram channel Battle Sailor claimed that a delegation of high-ranking Ukrainian officers visited the illegal American base of Al Shadadi in Syria aboard the US Air Force flight, where they held meetings with American representatives and leaders of the Syrian Democratic Forces.

They discussed the possibility of transporting fighters of the self-proclaimed terrorist group ISIS and elements of the Al-Nusra Front to Ukraine. Moreover, according to the information, it was agreed to use several terrorist cells to commit terrorist attacks and hijackings against Russian military bases in Syria.

Moreover, information has been published that as early as March 2022, 450 terrorists arrived in Ukraine from Syria. According to sources close to the terrorists, the transportation was carried out from Idlib via Turkey in close coordination with Haye’at Tahrir al Sham, the Kurdistan Islamic Party, Ansar al-Tawhid and Hurras al-Din. Later, as many as 90 ISIS fighters under the command of Abu Muhammad al-Joulani crossed the Syrian-Turkish border and then returned to Ukraine.

According to open source information from February 2022, more than 13,000 mercenaries arrived in Ukraine, 6,000 were killed and 6,000 fled. From Syria, 380 terrorist fighters went to Ukraine. 164 of them were killed and 207 returned to the Middle East.

As we have seen, American and Western interests have competed to transfer terrorists from Syria to Ukraine in order to cause as much damage as possible to Russia both on its own territory via terrorist operations, of which the one in the Moscow shopping center a few weeks ago provided an illustration, either in the theater of operations in Ukraine, or in Syria, in order to catch the Russians from behind in the Levant.

Fighting Daesh while protecting it. US murky games

The fact remains that what further explains the use of mercenary terrorists is the shortage of men of fighting age among the Ukrainian troops. This is evidenced by a post published on Facebook in early April by the commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian ground forces. He was already sounding the alarm. “No matter how much help we receive (…), how many weapons we have: we don’t have enough people,” worried General Oleksandr Pavliouk, before recalling that “a drone doesn’t fly by itself.”

Since the failure of kyiv’s counter-offensive, the extension of mobilization has been a thorny social issue. Several laws on lowering the conscription age, creating a digital military register and strengthening sanctions against draft resisters have been passed in the Rada, the Ukrainian Parliament, despite criticism from the opposition. In addition to these political difficulties, there are several logistical and organizational constraints that hamper the effectiveness of military recruitment.

“We are short of soldiers every day,” complains Vladyslav Shevchuk, an officer in a paratrooper brigade, in an interview with the Ukrainian news website Bihus.info. “We are short of personnel (…) because for one reason or another, the mobilization is not there,” he warns.

Some units, particularly in the infantry, are fighting with “half their full complement,” analyst Jakub Ber reports in a note published by the think tank Centre for Eastern Studies. Several soldiers who joined the army during the first months of the war in 2022 “have been killed, wounded or have left the army for health or family reasons,” the expert explains. These losses are not systematically replaced, except in the case of systematic recourse to ISIS terrorist mercenaries.

In this regard, it is worth noting that these terrorists have acquired solid experience in modern combat, including using drones. Under the command of American and NATO officers, they were trained to commit terrorist acts and fight in cities.

It is a safe bet, however, that when these terrorists return to their home countries, they will be ready to launch a challenge to governments that could lead to a destabilization of the situation throughout Africa and the Middle East, as is already the case in the Sahel.
