Google has disabled all monetization for YouTube bloggers from Russia
Google is deactivating all AdSense accounts from Russia. Therefore, owners of these YouTube accounts will not be able to earn revenue from ad monetization.
In 2022, Google AdSense disabled the function of displaying ads on the territory of Russia and prohibited Russians from creating new accounts. However, advertising could still generate revenue if the video was viewed from abroad.
