Kyiv was subjected to one of the largest drone attacks in the entire war. The Air Force reported the destruction of 89 drones.
Russian forces fired an Kh-59 guided air missile and 89 Shahed-type UAVs at the country. The main direction of the attack was Kyiv and the region. The Air Force reported that both the missile and all the drones were shot down by air defense forces.
The military administration of Kyiv reports that the capital was attacked by “many dozens” of drones. The air raid in Kyiv lasted more than seven hours. Another group of drones attacked the city in the morning. According to the latest data from the Kyiv administration, there were no casualties or destruction.
The Air Force command also noted that this was one of the most massive drone attacks since the beginning of the full-scale war.
