A new short-range air defense system is shielding one of Russian President Vladimir Putin‘s residences in western Russia, according to a new report, as Ukraine maintains its campaign of launching explosive drones over the border deep into Russian territory.
Satellite imagery, shared by the Russian-language service of the U.S.-backed Radio Liberty outlet on Monday, appears to show a Pantsir-S1 air defense system “installed on a tower” approximately two miles from one of the Kremlin leader’s homes in Valdai, western Russia.
