Due to security concerns, Germany banned Chinese mobile network components (from Huawei and ZTE). This comes late, as other countries have done that previously already.
UK, Denmark, Sweden, Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania have already instituted bans on Huawei and ZTE components. The United States has restricted the use of Huawei equipment since at least 2019.
