Russian forces kill one and injure one civilian in Kupiansk

A man was killed and another man was injured in a Russian attack on the city of Kupiansk in Kharkiv Oblast on Saturday, 31 August. Two women also sustained injuries in Russian attacks on the village of Kamiana Yaruha.
