September was first month of daily Shahed drone attacks on Ukraine

According to military journalists, September 2024 was the first month in which Ukraine suffered attacks by Russian kamikaze drones on a daily basis.

Details: In total, the Russians launched 1,339 Shahed-type attack UAVs on Ukraine, 1,107 of which were shot down. Others were jammed by electronic warfare devices.

The Russians launched an average of 44 Shaheds on Ukraine every day. The largest number of attack UAVs – 72 – was launched on 14 September.

Not a single day in September went by without kamikaze drones being launched on Ukrainian territory.
