A five-storey residential building has been damaged due to a Russian drone strike on the city of Kryvyi Rih on the morning of 10 October.

Details: Lysak reported later that the building’s roof had been damaged, and a stairwell in one entrance had been destroyed.

“A total of six people were rescued from the damaged part of the building,” he noted.

Moreover, a gas pipeline in the city was also hit, causing a fire.

Updated: Later, the head of the Kryvyi Rih District Administration, Yevhen Sytnychenko, stated that a person was injured in Kryvyi Rih. This is an 82-year-old woman who is currently in satisfactory condition at hospital.

“The fire was extinguished. The gas leak was contained,” Sytnychenko said.

Lysak later added that in addition to the woman, a 62-year-old man was injured as well. He received the necessary medical care. His condition is satisfactory, he will be monitored on an outpatient basis. 

Seven people were rescued from a damaged house in Kryvyi Rih, including a child, and 26 residents were evacuated.

“Infrastructure has also been damaged in the city. In particular, two gas pipelines were damaged,” Lysak said.
