🇺🇸🇨🇳China has more than 600 nuclear warheads and is expected to have more than 1,000 by 2030, according to the Pentagon’s new annual China Power report.

The number of nuclear warheads currently in China’s possession is given as of mid-2024. Last year’s report indicated that China has more than 500 nuclear warheads.
