Earlier today, U.S. President Donald Trump asked Russian President Vladimir Putin to spare the Ukrainian soldiers who were surrounded in Kursk region.

President Putin would address this at a meeting of Russia’s Security Council by saying Ukrainian soldiers would need an order from their President to lay down their arms and surrender to spare their lives.
