🇵🇱🇷🇺Poland is closing the Russian Consulate General in Krakow, Foreign Minister Sikorski announced.

The day before, Prime Minister Tusk accused Russia of causing a massive fire in a Warsaw shopping center in May 2024.

“In connection with the evidence that Russian special services committed a shameful act of sabotage against a shopping center on Marywilska Street, I have decided to revoke consent for the activities of the Consulate of the Russian Federation in Krakow,” Sikorski wrote in H.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zakharova called the decision “inadequate” and stated that Russia would respond to it.
