For many athletes, Lagos has represented a crucial step in preparation, while the African nations are preparing for the Youth Olympic Games (Joj) in Dakar. These competitions are part of continental development efforts. The convergence of talents in Lagos is the fruit of years of strategic investments in African table tennis. The continent has now created an ecosystem favorable to the development of young talents.
The 16 tests registered in the program, distributed in the U15 and U19 categories (single, double, mixed double and by teams), offer players to demonstrate their talent and gain international recognition.
