The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamel Baddari, announced the establishment of a listening unit intended for new graduates, in order to answer their questions and orient them during the final phase of university inscriptions.
According to a press release published on the Minister’s Facebook page, this cell is active from August 10 to 15, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., in coincidence with the period of final inscriptions. The new baccalaureate holders will be able to obtain information or support by calling one the telephone numbers available to them.
As a reminder, final university registrations electronically (zero paper) started yesterday at midnight until August 15, while registered students can access the digital platform by scanning the QR code or via the link https://progres.mesrs.dz/webetu/.
To access it, they must connect via the account on their baccalaureate certificate and check their orientation according to the date set for each student, indicated on the orientation sheet, adds the same source.
As for the payment of the registration fees of 200 DA and 150 DA for those who wish to benefit from university transport, it will be “exclusively with the EDAHABIA card”, while the hosting request for those concerned is made through the same platform by selecting a maximum of three residences.
After completing his registration, the interested party obtains his multi -service virtual student card directly to download directly from his smartphone, according to the same source.
