Algeria, which will welcome, from September 4 to 10, the 4th edition of the intra-African trade fair (IATF) has put all the human and material resources to make the 2025 edition a certain success. The objective being to make this event a real lever to energize exchanges, attract investments and strengthen the economic integration of the continent.

Placed under the theme “A bridge towards new opportunities”, this edition has been the most ambitious since the launch of the IATF in 2018, both by the number of actors present and by the planned economic agreements. With more than 2,000 exhibitors from 75 countries, 35,000 expected professional visitors, trade agreements and investments that can exceed $ 44 billion, IATF 2025 presents itself as a major catalyst for African economic integration. Organized at the Palais des Exhibitions (Pins Maritimes-Algiers), this continental event will be held in collaboration with the African import-export bank (Afreximbank), initiator of this fair, the African Union Commission and the secretariat of the continental African free trade area (ZLECAF).

The exhibition program is particularly rich. In addition to the multisectoral exhibition (agriculture, industry, energy, finance, health, transport, research, innovation, startups, etc.), several events are planned. These include the trade and investment forum, the summit of the creative industries (Creative Africa Nexus-Canex), the B2B meetings, as well as the special day devoted to the African diaspora and the African Automobile Salon. The fair will also be marked by spaces devoted to young African entrepreneurs creating startups, university students and researchers, as well as by special days open to countries and entities of the public and private sectors to assert their opportunities in terms of trade, investment, tourism and culture.

The ambition displayed is to make this most striking edition of the IATF, in terms of economic impact and international visibility, while reaffirming the role of Algeria as a locomotive of African development.
