The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, declared a national mourning of a day, as of Friday evening, following the drama which occurred in Oued El Harrach (Algiers), having cost the life of 18 fellow citizens, said a press release from the Presidency of the Republic.
