Four people including the driver of the bus who dropped tragic in Oued El Harrach in Algiers last Friday were placed in pre -trial detention after the end of the preliminary investigation into this accident which started Algeria. This was announced this Tuesday, the public prosecutor at the Dar El Beida court, who unveiled the reasons for this drama during a press conference.
The investigating judge at the Dar El Beïda court on Tuesday ordered the placement in pre -trial detention of the bus owner who fell into the El Harrach wadi an accident caused the death of 18 people and made 24 injured as well as the driver, the receiver of the tickets and a technical controller of the vehicles.
The owner of the bus, involved in one of the most tragic accidents in the country’s history, as well as the driver, were placed in pre -trial detention.
The ticket receiver and a technical controller of vehicles were also placed in pre -trial detention.
A judicial investigation was opened against the suspects. The bus driver, (H. D), is accused of manslaughter, involuntary injuries and endangering the life of others.

As for the technical controller of vehicles, (DB), it is accused of having written a certificate containing false information, and of endangering the life of others.
The owner of the bus is, for his part, accused of having used a report of technical control containing materially false facts, and of endangering the life of others.
