« Absence de contrôle et manipulation répétée des projets locaux »

“Absence of repeated control and manipulation of local projects”

Berrouaghia

Certain “companies” in charge of infrastructure projects continue to carry out public works improvised, without respecting the most basic quality standards or the clauses of the specifications. The road planning project connecting the Lamri Spper-point roundabout by going to the polyclinic of November 1, which has only been completed for a few months, has already needed “repairs” because of its rapid deterioration, proving once again the fragility of the work carried out.
Although the reserves issued on asphalting were lifted, the responsible company returned to correct the situation, but always with the same sloppy and mediocre approach which exasperates the inhabitants and motorists. The “repair” operation does not comply with the required technical standards, thus reflecting a blatant lack of control by the competent authorities on the execution of local projects. Will the question that arises until when this manipulation will continue without any real sanction being taken against those responsible? Until when will the budgets allocated to these projects continue to be wasted for work that only holds a few months before becoming impracticable, even worse than before?
Responsibility is not based solely on the executive company, but also on control organizations and technical services supposed to supervise this work and impose strict sanctions on the offenders. The simple citizen, who hopes for an improvement in his travel conditions, finds himself once again in front of the same scenario: sloppy work, questionable contracts and incessant waste of public funds, without any control or responsibility. The situation requires a serious and firm intervention of the authorities to put an end to these abuses.
