The subscribers of the AADL 3 program now have an additional time to defend their files. The National Agency for the improvement and development of housing (AADL) announced, in a press release, the extension of the period granted for the filing of appeals.
With this in mind, the agency said that the deadline has been exceptionally extended until September 6. This measure, she underlined, represents an additional opportunity offered to all the subscribers concerned, with the objective of allowing them to complete their procedures.
The AADL invites the subscribers concerned by the filing of appeals via the electronic platform www.aadl.dz to finalize the procedures relating to the download of their appeal files within the time limits, under the decision dated December 26, 2024, which sets the conditions for processing requests for the acquisition of housing within the framework of the rental-sale formula and its terms.
This extension also aims to facilitate the study and processing of rejected files, and for any request for additional information, the agency recalls that a green number is made available to citizens (3040).
Since the opening of the remedy for the AADL 3 program, thousands of subscribers have been trying to regularize their situation before the end of deadlines. With regard to the conditions of admissibility supervising the examination of the appeals, the agency, let us remember, had already indicated that only requests scrupulously respecting a set of conditions are examined.
The first imperative is that of the perfect concordance of information. The slightest gap in the name, address or family situation may be enough to invalidate the appeal. The documents must be readable, clear, authenticable and correspond exactly to the data provided during the initial registration.
On the technical level, the AADL requires that all supporting documents be grouped into a single PDF file, of a maximum size of 5 MB. This requirement aims to avoid saturation of servers and allow rapid and automated treatment, she explained. Another size of size, no recourse can be filed in hand or sent by post. The procedure is exclusively digital, via the official AADL platform.
To support subscribers, the agency has put an explanatory video online on its Facebook page. In particular, it details the forgotten password recovery procedure, a frequently encountered difficulty.
This operation is done in a few steps, starting by connecting to the site www.aadl.dzthen click on the “Forgotten password” option. The subscriber must then enter his serial number as well as the telephone number linked to his account, before clicking on “Confirm”. Within 48 hours, a code of verification is sent to him by SMS. Once this code has been received, the user is invited to enter it on the platform, update their personal data and choose a new password. It is important to memorize the latter well in order to avoid any subsequent inconvenience.
Each appeal must be regularized within 30 days of receipt of electronic notification. Faced with the questions of the subscribers, relayed on social networks, the AADL clarified that exceptionally, only three additional documents can be added in the event of rejection for non-compliance, namely the certificate of residence, the declaration on honor, the pay slip of June 2024. The AADL warned by declaring that any other document not mentioned in the notification will be rejected without study.
Among the main reasons for inadmissibility, there is the absence or non-compliance of the certificate of renunciation, attesting that no other public housing has been awarded to the subscriber. This document must be provided in an original copy in accordance with the official format, even if no specific issue date is required.
Another current pitfall, unconceived family changes. Marriage or divorce occurred after initial registration must be justified by official documents (marriage certificate, divorce judgment, etc.), failing which, the appeal is immediately rejected.
The agency also draws attention to the declaration on honor, often poorly filled. Only the official model generated automatically on the platform, available in the “Options” tab, is accepted. Any handwritten version or from another source is refused.
