For his part, the director of the Distribution Company of Constantine Mr. Larbi Boukhatam recalling that his management covers 4 Dairas of the wilaya of Constantine namely Ibn Ziad, Hamma Bouziane, Zighoud Youcef and Constantine records an electrical energy penetration rate of the order of 100% with a connection rate of more than 99.5%.
For the gas connection, it was made throughout the wilaya, except, he added some remote areas which are powered from the propane gas stations.
