Why are the plumitives of disinformation and fake news attacking the Ministers of the Republic? Between ideas, these mercenaries spent masters in the art of defamation try according to the amounts of the transfers of their sponsors to raise the auctions. This unhealthy game which tarnishes the officials and the clerks of the State is part of an attempt at destabilization and overbidding whose aims are part of the interests of the occult lobbies.
This time, it is the Minister of Communication who pays the price for this Machiavellian machination. Mohamed Meziane, whose professional career is flawless whether for foreign affairs or communication, faces an attack on the part of the mercenaries of the net.
The latter naturally ignore the initiatives taken by the Minister of Communication to professionalize the profession and put in tune a corporation long left behind, in order to hoist it in terms of the issues and the challenges faced by Algeria today.
Because, these are indeed major challenges which require the mobilization of all and especially of the journalistic corporation that the Minister of Communication undertakes to consolidate through cycles of training and symposia as practical as educational.
Mohamed Meziane’s “hidden” detractors used the service of a known mercenary on the Place d’Algiers, and even Paris, to “load” it. Abdou Semmar, since it is him that it is a question, committed a video where he accuses the minister purely and simply of being a “corrupt” who would have called on the services of the former director general of the International Press Center (CIP), recently raised from his functions, as part of a multiple level corruption operation.
No evidence is provided. No fact is supported. No information coupled. And yet, this is the baba of investigative journalism, which the owner of the Algeria site is prevailing. Abdou Semmar seems to be invited his “followers” to believe him. He who hit the headlines several years ago when he used the table of oligarchs supporters of the 4th and especially of the 5th term of the former fallen president.
Everyone remembers the telephone conversation between Abdou Semmar and the Oligarch Mahieddine Tahkout, today in prison, or the quasi salary paid monthly by the former boss of Sonatrach Abdelmoumen Ould Kaddour, also imprisoned, up to 30,000 euros/month.
What can we also say about a telephone conversation between the wife of Abdeslam Bouchouareb, former Minister of Industry, condemned in absentia and Abdou Semmar, in which she promised to solve all his problems provided that he had taken an article he had published on the Maghreb Intelligence site.
Because you should know that the boss of Algeria leaves collaborates on behalf of the Moroccan site Maghreb Intelligence under the pseudonym of Ilyes Laribi, a site known for its atavic hostility in Algeria.
It is therefore a mercenary that it is, a subversive agent who drapes the tinters of dummy professionalism. Thus, it is indecency and thugs that express themselves in all their attributes in “live” that resemble hysteria sessions. It is with an infroged air, a grooved face, and shaggy hair that he devotes himself to his delusions this insignificant blocked with the emery.
This nullity of journalism of a cosmic dimension which is proclaimed journalist of investigation is in fact a person who excels in the invective action. The free attack on the Minister of Communication, without evidence or documents, is refuted overall and in detail by the letter addressed to Mohamed Meziane by the second defamed person, namely the former boss of the CIP.
In this document dated August 20, 2025 and signed by Mourad Benradouane, the latter writes: “Mr. Minister, I consider that the attacks directed against you, like the one I have been the target, are only occult maneuvers aimed at weakening not only the institution that you are directing with rigor, but also the very foundations of our nation”.
Passed masters in the art of throwing stigma on state clerks, the sponsors of these “occult maneuvers” go to work quickly by accusing others of corruption. To this accusation, Mourad Benradouane responds in his letter. “I confirm with strength and conviction that you have never asked me, directly or indirectly, for particular advantages, passers or any other form of favor,” wrote the old CIP DG, before adding “on my side, I have never had to offer you either gifts, no advantages of any kind whatsoever”.
Explaining his remarks, Mourad Benradouane continues in his letter: “At no time, there has the slightest suspicion of corruption, whether passive or active, in our relationships. On the contrary, your rigor, your requirement and your attachment to the principles of ethics and transparency have always constituted for me a model and a framework of conduct ”.
What Abdou Semmar Leflayek omits to note is that Algerian justice can at any time diligen surveys concerning the suspicions of corruption of senior state executives. Moreover, many officials have been sanctioned for this kind of offense and the ministers of the republics have been removed from their functions. The agitation he caused, obeys unhealthy calculations of occult groups whose primary interest is to harm Algeria, his institutions and his people.
