The director and founder of the company ” Ammanatech ”, specialized in financial technology, Abdelhamid Guendouz returned to the exploratory missions program towards leaders in innovation, from which some of our start-ups have benefited this summer. Believing that his trip to China has enabled him to reach the conclusion that the success of any innovation system is based on the cooperation of all actors, government, universities and start-ups.
“Algeria has enormous human potential and with increased state support to start-ups, the audacity of our youth and the development of digitization, can be transformed into local solutions that will benefit the national economy,” he told the APS.
Stressing that China was distinguished by the speed of execution and the ability to transform, in a short time, ideas into projects, characteristics, he said, that one could adapt to the Algerian market, Abdelhamid Guendouz said that his company was working to establish partnerships with Chinese companies, in order, he said, to develop innovative solutions at the service of society, and to strengthen financial inclusion Algeria is able to transform this interest into concrete investment opportunities, particularly in financial technology.
For her part, Amine Magra, representative of the company ” TM Solutions’ ‘, and developer of the’ ‘Beniane’ ‘platform’ specialized in building materials and real estate transactions, assured that the Algerian system, with regard to the prospects of promoting the national ecosystem of start-ups to the rank of leading countries like China, offers great support to project leaders, constitutes a promising basis, requiring more audacity and initiatives to meet the needs of citizens.
“Even if the discussions held with the Chinese part, during bilateral meetings, are only an early stage, they paved the way for potential cooperation in many areas, including green technologies,” he said.
Finding that the Chinese business climate is characterized by the integration of innovative solutions at all levels, including project management, marketing and decision -making mechanisms, the speaker expressed the hope of seeing these practices adapted to Algerian reality to increase the level of competitiveness. Citing a project on which his company works on, relating to the integration of technologies of large-scale artificial intelligence, in particular the relationship with customers, after-sales service, resource management and forecasting future market needs.
Recommending for young entrepreneurs to open up more to international experiences, because it is strongly contributing to changing the way of thinking and working, to expand their professional networks and to make the most of the relationships constructed during the various experiences, Amine Magra said that the key to success lies in persistence, flexibility and the spirit of learning.
For its part, Islam Mahi, founder of the ” Socialoscope ” platform ‘for the management of social media accounts, which spent two weeks at the heart of the’ ‘Silicon Valley”a in the United States of America, the cradle of the concept of start-ups, estimated that this trip was enough to radically change its vision as to the way of managing innovative projects, saying that the American mentality is characterized by a more approach Independent, focused on the entrepreneur more than on the project itself, especially in the first stages, focusing on achievements before profits, and organizing financing cycles.
Algerian start-ups have benefited, this summer, from a program of exploratory missions to leading countries in terms of innovation.
The Algerian mission sent, on July 11, to the United States of America had 24 representatives of Algerian start-ups and that left in South Korea, July 13, brought together the same workforce.
The mission, which moved to China on July 27, brought together 25 start-ups which had the opportunity to immerse itself, over the stages, in one of the most prestigious ecosystems of innovation and entrepreneurship, incorporating the main incubators and technological centers in view.
Supervised by the Ministry of the Economy of Knowledge, Start-ups and Micro-enterprises, this program lasting two weeks, an opportunity to strengthen their expertise, to expand their perspectives and thus support their competitiveness, was, for these entrepreneurs, the opportunity to inquire about successful international experiences and advanced models in terms of project development, but also to interact directly with leaders China, South Korea and the United States of America.
Supervised by the public accelerator ” Algeria Venture ”, these trips allowed participants to be in direct contact with the leaders of innovation, to share experiences with their counterparts in these countries and to explore the prospects of strategic cooperation with local and international institutions.
