The open day on the digital services offered by the Sonelgaz company, organized this Tuesday, in downtown Mascara, experienced a great crowd of visitors from both the capital of the wilaya and neighboring municipalities to closely discover these services, it has been found.
The event recorded a strong public participation, very interested in the stands exhibiting the various digital services offered by Sonelgaz to its customers. This initiative
is part of the program of the General Directorate of the Company aimed at improving the quality of the public service, it is said.
In this regard, Mohamed, originally from Mascara, praised the organization of this type of event that allow you to familiarize yourself with the new digital services offered by Sonelgaz.
The event, organized on a day, made it possible to present in detail the new digital services, in particular the payment of electricity and gas bills via the application
“BARIDIMOB”, which allows customers to pay their invoices easily and safely from their smartphones, as well as digital payments by bank card or “EDAHABIA” card.
Latifa Abdelwahab, communications officer at the management of Sonelgaz in Mascara, told the APS that the company will continue to organize open days on its digital services in the various municipalities of the wilaya, in order to strengthen the awareness of its customers in the region.
