Simple gestures for the preservation of this precious resource

Drinking water economy:

Drinking water constitutes an essential resource, which is the subject of a huge daily waste due to bad habits, when simple gestures can save large quantities and preserve this vital resource without touching the quality of life.

In this regard, the Director of Communication and Sustainable Development at the Société des Eaux et de l’Algiers (SEAAL), Adel Babou has indicated to the APS that drinking water “aims to be a precious wealth” which costs the State colossal investments with a view to ensuring its availability, in particular through the sea water desalination plants, stressing that its preservation was a shared responsibility.
