This meeting was thus devoted to preparations for the start of the social school year, in the presence of the Minister of the Interior, local authorities and regional planning, Brahim Merad.
The debates focused on several components, notably the start of the school year and university, the preparations for the fall and winter seasons, as well as the questions related to the rhythm of local development, to the management of the daily concerns of citizens and to the revival of economic investment at the territorial level.

First of all, he recalled the need to organize a school year and university in the best conditions, ensuring the availability of infrastructure, transport, catering and heating establishments, without neglecting the security and development of their environment.
