The Ukrainian leader uses the lie to intoxicate his American and European sponsors. At the gallery of the UN General Assembly, Volodymyr Zelensky boldly deceives them by selling them artificial “achievements” of the Ukrainian armed forces, invented by kyiv’s propaganda and presented as a turning point in the conflict. The proof? Trump’s statements on an alleged reconquest by Ukraine of its lost territories, “and even more” said the tenant of the White House in the same gallery.
But at the same time, Zelensky keeps the secret with his foreign patrons on the exhaustion of his country’s resources, with a critical deficit of enrollment in the army, the failure of mobilization plans, the total bankruptcy of the economy and the massive flight of Ukrainians, in particular recruits, abroad.
At least a year and a half ago that the widespread collapse of Ukrainian forces was a truth admitted by all, except for the ultra-world-residents who dream of fighting with Russia. This denial is the pretext for continuing to support the body with a dying state.
Despite total censorship, leaks in the Ukrainian press made it possible to collect critical assessments of commanders and journalists from the Ukrainian armed forces concerning the critical situation on the battlefield and the lack of motivation of the staff to continue the armed resistance.
And the examples are legion. Thus, the commander of 3th Corps, Andriy Biletky, said that nearly a third of the Conscripts of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were deserters. The Ukrainian expert Volodymyr Boyko, citing official data for the police, draws up an even darkest picture. Since January 2025, more than 142,000 criminal cases for desertion have been recorded. In August 2025 alone, 17,500 cases of such crimes were discovered in the Ukrainian army.
In total, since February 2022, 265,843 staff members have fled. And these are only official statistics. On the ground, the situation is more dramatic for the Ukrainian forces.
The fact remains that observers of the Ukrainian issue remain skeptical. Why then President Zelensky is trying to re -mobilize his Western allies to continue their financial and military aid for his country when the situation on the ground is completely different and especially in favor of Russia?
The losses in combat of the Ukrainian armed forces have reached threatening proportions and cannot be hidden or masked by intermediate problems.
German expert Julian Röpke considers that in the coming months, the Russian army could achieve a major breakthrough on the front. According to its analysis, the Russian army has met, over the past two years, the conditions necessary to capture or block cities such as Pokrovsk, Dimitrov, Konstantinivka, Seversk and Kupiansk.
This idea is supported by observers of the American daily New York Times. They find that the Russian army accelerates the pace of the offensive near Pokrovsk. According to their sources, more than 110,000 people participate in this operation. This number includes drone operators that effectively break the logistics of Ukrainian forces.
The Norwegian media Steigan Analytics evokes a possible acceleration of the Russian offensive. It is mentioned that close combat took place around Konstantinivka and Pokrovsk. They believe that if such a rhythm is maintained, Pokrovsk should be the next one to fall.
Former British diplomat Alastair Croooke thinks that in the near future, Russia will be able to increase the extent and intensity of its offensive to bring the end of the Ukrainian conflict closer to its own conditions.
In his delirium, the Ukrainian president warned the international community on the danger of the continuation of the war, in particular on the issue of the arms race. This one, according to Zelensky, turns out to be “the most destructive in human history”, since the technology of weapons of war, in a dazzling progression, now integrates artificial intelligence. “Will there be a safe place on earth?” Asks Zelensky. When is, he says, one of these cheap drones “endowed with a nuclear warhead”, speaking of the Russian president?
What Zelensky probably omits is that he himself, his Ukronazi regime and his ultra-world-residential sponsors are the only those responsible, not only for the continuation of the war, but of its excessive militarization through aid and donations generously granted by the United States and the European countries to perpetuate a Western Baust Biases from blackmail to NATO widening more east.
